Unlock subsidised travel across Victoria with SLYYK. To use your Multi-Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) subsidy, simply link your membership to your SLYYK account.

Link your MPTP subsidy with SLYYK
To use your MPTP subsidy for SLYYK trips, link your MPTP membership to your existing SLYYK account. Once linked, your 50% subsidy will be automatically applied to your eligible SLYYK trips*, up to $60 per trip, until your subsidy limit is reached.

Navigate to Your Profile
After logging into your account, select Subsidy Card.

Enter your MPTP number
Enter your membership number in the subsidy form.

Tap 'Done'!
Save your details and verify your card. You're good to go!

The Multi-Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) helps people with accessibility and mobility needs by providing subsidised commercial passenger vehicle (CPV) fares to its members. You can find more information about MPTP on Safe Transport Victoria’s (STV) website.
To apply, you need to follow the steps on the Safe Transport Victoria's website. You may have to provide medical documentation to support your application.
If you have a Slyyk account already, you can link your MPTP card by filling out the form. Once your account is verified, you'll get an email confirmation from Slyyk, and your MPTP subsidy will be automatically applied to your eligible trips.
If you don’t have a Slyyk account, you can create one in the Slyyk app
Once your MPTP card is linked to your SLYYK account, your 50% subsidy is automatically applied to eligible trips taken within Victoria — just show your driver your subsidy card at the start of the trip. The subsidised amount is reflected at the end of your trip, up to $60 per ride. Any remaining balance is charged to your nominated payment method. No surprises.
The MPTP subsidy applies to all SLYYK services within Victoria.
When booking, make sure the subsidy toggle is active. Your full fare will be displayed when you select a vehicle, and the subsidised amount will be applied once your trip ends. To confirm your card is correctly linked, go to Profile > Subsidy Card in the app.
Yes, you're in control. The subsidy toggle is on by default, but you can switch it off before confirming any booking. This lets you hold onto your subsidy balance for when you need it most.
Your MPTP balance is managed by Safe Transport Victoria (STV). To check your remaining subsidy, contact STV directly or visit the STV website.
Go to Profile > Subsidy Card in the SLYYK app, enter your updated MPTP number, and tap Done to save. If you run into any issues, contact our support team via the Support tab in the app.
You'll need to renew your membership with Safe Transport Victoria before your subsidy can be applied again. Once renewed, update your new card details under Profile > Subsidy Card in the SLYYK app.

No. Your MPTP subsidy is issued to you personally and is for your trips only. Sharing your account or subsidy with others may put your membership at risk. Your subsidy card needs to be presented at the start of your trip.
First, check that the subsidy toggle was active before you confirmed your booking, and that your MPTP card is correctly linked under Profile > Subsidy Card. If everything looks correct and the subsidy still wasn't applied, contact our support team via the Support tab in the SLYYK app or email support@slyyk.com and we'll look into it for you.
Yes. Go to Profile > Subsidy Card, correct your MPTP number, and tap Done. If you're still having trouble, our support team is available through the Support tab in the app.

Yes, you can pre-book any trips using your MPTP subsidy. Just book the trip right away and make sure the MPTP toggle is active.
No. There are no additional fees for using your MPTP subsidy with SLYYK. Your subsidy covers 50% of the eligible trip fare, up to $60 per ride. Standard booking conditions apply.
*The Multi-Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) is managed by Safe Transport Victoria (ST Vic). Riders who have linked their MPTP card to their SLYYK account will have the subsidy automatically applied to any trips taken within Victoria. MPTP subsidies can only be applied to eligible Slyyk services.
